Nothing is more fatal to health than an overcare of it.

logo Howard Fine, HomeopathMost patients view their symptoms as a group of disconnected and unrelated aches, pains, and inherited peculiarities. But to a Homeopath, symptoms are indeed related and point the way to a correct remedy selection. While you may have symptoms of your illness in common with many other people, it is the strange, rare and peculiar characteristics of your case that will lead me to the correct remedy.

As your Homeopath, after you have presented your story to me, I will seek greater detail by asking an extensive range of questions about your physical, mental and emotional state of being. This process generally takes between one and a half to two hours. Your answers provide me with information that allows me to know you as a complete human being.

After practicing Homeopathy for almost 30 years, I tend to see the world around me from a homeopathic viewpoint. For instance, there is a homeopathic principle that the human organism is a single entity, to such an extent that a change in one part affects all the other parts. The same holds true for our planet; that a change in one small region will have myriad affects on the entire ecosystem. The macrocosm of our planet mirrors the microcosm of our being. On a personal level, I try to live my life accordingly. When problems arise, I attempt to view them with long-term solutions in mind, not short-term "bandage" solutions that may worsen the situation. With my patients, I actually spend whatever time it takes to get to know them and all their symptoms and to educate them about what the homeopathic process entails.
